Hire care services supported by Amy are helpful and reliable. I much appreciated Amy's help in booking two hire cars for work. The service was brilliant and the cars exceptionally clean (and very new!)

Called Amy at Research garage when I needed a car quickly as mine was waiting for a repair on a backordered part. Super quick quotation done within the hour (about ten minutes I think it actually took), paperwork and car ready for the next morning. I couldn't have asked for any more, they even let me have it for an extra day at short notice when my car repair was delayed. First class service from Amy throughout the whole process. This is the 2nd time I have hired a car from Research Garage and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Thank you so much.

I bought my first car in 2014, a used diesel, for £4.5k from this garage. Within six months, the clutch developed a fault, where the pedal would get stuck, and the car would coast and then stall. Peugeot repaired it, but it failed again within six months, fixed again, failed again within six months. It failed again a few months later and was repaired once more, but I was told it would be the final free repair as they didn't know the root cause (this was the decision from Peugeot). The car also would fill with water when it rained, this was "repaired" by research garage Hinckley, but the problem returned just before I traded the vehicle towards a Skoda. I asked the garage about my options to return or swap the car and was told there wasn't any other options beyond trading it at a loss. I didn't want to risk it again with Peugeot. Part bad luck and part bad customer service.

We received an excellent service with professional, knowledgable and friendly staff. We were really pleased with the value and condition of our vehicle. Harry explained everything as we went along and nothing was too much trouble. We highly recommend dealing with this garage.
